How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unopened products. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
How can I verify the authenticity of my Nakpro product?
Every Nakpro product comes with a unique scratch code on the packaging. You can verify this code on our official website or via the designated mobile app to ensure you have an authentic supplement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across the country.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
